Strengths Research

Over the past decade the Gallup organization has surveyed more than 10 Million people world-wide. Only one-third "strongly agree" with the statement: "At work, I have the opportunity to do what I do best every day.

Not one person who "disagreed" or "strongly disagreed" with the statement was emotionally engaged at work. In other words they showed up for work and that was about it. What a waste of 40 hours of their life every week (2000 hours a year).

The good news: you have the power to change it

1. Finding someone at work who is interested in your strengths, OR

2. by discovering your strengths and then applying them at work, OR

3. by finding a job that is a better fit with your strength
